We have the finest selection of steaks, all 28 day matured for extra tenderness and flavour. For taste and flavour choose the fattiest cuts - Sirloin and Ribeye. The T-Bone with sirloin on one side and a small fillet on the other gives you the best of both worlds. All steaks include vegetables or salad and potatoes or chips in the price.

 would be a good option. Rump is much leaner but still contains lots of flavour with a firmer texture, this is ideal cooked as a medium or rare, but if you like your meat more well done we would recommend the Ribeye or Sirloin. Fillet is the tenderest & leanest cut of them all. It may not have the flavour of the other steaks but it is like butter in your mouth.
